What we collect

When you send a form we store the fields you enter (name, company, email, topic, message, preferred format) and the page it was sent from, so we can reply. We do not sell or share this data.

Abuse prevention

When you send a form we also store a salted hash of your IP address and a shortened identifier for your browser (the user-agent string), which we use only to rate-limit submissions and keep the form free of automated spam; both are kept for 30 days and then deleted. When email notifications are enabled the contents of your message are also sent to us through Resend, an email processor operating in the EU and the US.

Analytics

When analytics are enabled we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand how the site is used. You can opt out with a browser extension or by blocking the script.

Retention and rights

Form data is kept for as long as we are in contact and deleted on request. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time through the contact form.

Hosting

The site is served by Google Cloud (Firebase Hosting) and Cloudflare. Both process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site.
